All sales are final. Each of our stamps is made to order to provide the highest quality possible. Because of this, we do not accept returns of our products. We are happy to replace any damaged/defective stamps if reported within 5 days of receiving your order. All discrepancies must be reported with 5 days of receiving your order. WSD reserves the right to credit domestic/international orders with a credit due to high shipping costs. We make every effort to process internet orders within 3 - 5 working days. Wholesale orders are processed within 7 - 24 working days.
