Contest Release Form

By Submitting your papercrafting project in our contest, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions to participate. Please read this carefully. Any submissions not accompanied by a complete, signed Release Form will not be considered. Thank you for your cooperation.

The undersigned “Submitter” hereby submits a papercraft project, described as (fill in a description)

for purposes of consideration by Whipper Snapper Designs for contest purposes.

The undersigned agrees that, in exchange for contest consideration, any and all legal rights of title and ownership in the submitted project (including copyright protections) shall become the legal right of Whipper Snapper Designs, Inc., and that Whipper Snapper Designs shall have free use of such project for any and all purposes for which Whipper Snapper Designs shall see fit, without any further obligation to submitter.

The undersigned hereby attests that: this project was the sole creation of the Submitter and that no other person has any right to claim ownership of such project; that this project has not been entered into any other contest, or, published in any publication.

It is understood that projects submitted for consideration by Whipper Snapper Designs will not be returned to Submitter unless a SASE is enclosed with submissions.
